Too many times orders are missing items. Lids are not on tight on hot drinks. Too many drinks have been spilled and one completely with cup sideways in bag. Today I did not receive my Blueberry muffin, an easy item to put in a bag!!!!

Both Muffins were missing from my order. Once again no straw for the refresher drink. Last order sauage was missing from egg/sauage/cheese breakfast sandwich, didn't notify me.
This store is definitely not up to Dunkin's standards.

My Loaded Hash Browns the bacon was burnt and the hashbrowns tasted stale.

I love Dunkin but tonight they messed up my order. I'm not sure if they have enough employees at night but I felt like they could've at least somewhat gave me better alternatives than to what I received. I wouldn't order from here again at night.
