The old fashioned had a great crisp exterior, while being soft inside. We ordered two raspberry jelly donuts, and only got one. The one we did get had the smallest bit of jelly in it, that at first we thought there wasn't any. The apple fritter is enormous and I was very excited to try it. Sadly, it was really hard and tasted burnt. I will say we ordered at 10 pm, so I will have to order earlier in the day to give them another chance. Maybe when they're fresher it'll be better!"

"I was so excited that there was a 24hr place to get food in Manteca and I love burritos so I was willing to pay the exorbitant cost of $22 for a "Super Burrito", but I was highly disappointed. The Super Burrito was supposed to come with choice of meat (I chose marinated pork), rice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream and cheese... and I even paid for extra cheese. However, I received a Super Burrito with nothing more than rice and meat. I was so shocked that everything was missing that I sliced the burrito in pieces just to check if the missing ingredients were further down in the burrito and just poorly distributed, but it was only meat and rice all the way through. I also paid extra for a side of nacho cheese and I asked for a side of their red and green hot sauces so I could try both but I didn't get any of that either. The woman that helped me went as far as to say, "I put your cheese and hot sauces in the bag", so I didn't feel the need to hold up the drive through and check before leaving. There was a ton of meat but I prefer quality over quantity and so I didn't even eat 1/4 of it. It's bad enough that they forgot the regular cheese, the extra cheese, the guacamole, sour cream and beans and the extra stuff I paid for (how in the heck does that happen?), but the meat was sooo dry that it was almost inedible. Even the tortilla was so dry it was cracking and breaking off and it was hard to bite through (see my pics). I tried to call and complain but this location conveniently has no phone number listed. The burrito ended up in my garbage can and needless to say I wouldn't risk wasting my money giving them a 2nd chance. I'd go to Taco Bell before this place... save your money."

I do like this restaurant and have had mostly good experiences. However, I wish they would get a better handle on their baked goods. The Huckleberry muffin tasted like it came from a cheap muffin mix. It was dry, crumbly and underwhelming. I've also had their beignets. They are more like a cake/biscuit texture. Not crispy and airy, like beignets are supposed to be. Considering the restaurant's theme, I would think this would be a priority. Still, overall, a great place. This just bothered me enough to say something,"

"Everything was very good. I ordered the Birria Omelette for myself and the California Omelette for my mom. First thing to talk about because we both had them was the potatoes. The had a firm outside but made the perfect pop when you took a bite, tender inside. They were also a good portion and the seasoning was just right. The Birria Omelette came with a side of spicy salsa and a small bowl of consume that I also dipped my potatoes in. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the seasoning and broth was savory. I usually like my birria savory but a little more spicy but having the spicy on the side is smart for those that love birria but can't handle the heat. My mom loved her California Omelette and will be having me heat up her leftovers later because the portions are excellent. She's also picky about her coffee and was happy with her cold Cold Brew (Iced 16oz) , they give you a lot of options for variety. My Iced Cloud Matcha (Iced 16oz) was good too."
