Chicken and lamb kabobs were cooked to perfection. Don't ignore the little purple sumac packages. Really nice touch on top of the rice. Crowning glory was a piece of baklava that was the best I've had in a long time. Highly recommended and a definite go-to for future Mediterranean food cravings."

The thali is a great value and I liked the dal, naan and vegetables included. But if I have to knock off any points - my entree, the chana masala, was quite soupy. It's one of my favorite Indian dishes and this one was just OK. Although I ordered hot, since the dish was in liquid, the flavor was quite mild and unassuming. "First, this is weird, but it tasted great. But the lasagna was tiny! maybe 3" x 4" by 1" high. For $22 i was expecting a pretty hearty meal. It was barely a snack. And I got foccacia to sop up what I expected to be sauce from the hearty lasagna. Nope. 2 bites and the sauce was done. And what they are calling foccacia is dry, extra thin, toasted pizza crust. It was a glorified cracker. Not what I have ever had anywhere that was called foccacia. I ate maybe half of it because, well, it truly was cracker-like. Tasted good, just not foccacia like any I've ever had.
My wife's magnini was on the same foccacia. She said it was tasty, but weird. Hot on the bottom, cold on top.
All in all, we're adventurous enough to try new places often enough. This is not one we will ever get again. Sorry Hot Italian, great taste, disappointing meal. Especially at the price point. Twice what it should have been."
