Batika is my go to place for authentic, affordable, delicious indian food. I have my staple favorites but this is my first  time ordering the biryani and it was delicious as expected. The serving size was large enough for two meals  (well for me personally anyway). I requested medium spice and it had a good kick so if you don't have high spice tolerance go with the lowest level.

Ordered the meal for the potatoes, had basically half a slither of potato. Naan was burnt and raw at the same time. Couldn't eat one of the two naans because it was doughy. Not worth $25 at all. I would not order again.

Can't imagine Indian food could get any better than this. And I no longer care to check. Spicy Butter  Chicken and Keema kulcha are all one needs to live a happy and fulfilling life. Bow to Batika. Incredible.

Three Words: WOW.

Batikas Spicy "BOMB"'s left me in complete disbelief and literally left me in tears... of happiness, haha. It blew busted and bursted its joyous jelly juices with spectacularly super strainy spices that had me sweatin' like craaaazy. And thats no joke. Even though I am a funny guy, these spices whooped me into my place. 

Saffrn  Rice. Grainy gravel shards of granular goodness... Yeah. 

Don't even get me started on the Palak Paneer... It was... intense. I couldnt help but notice the slimy slithering strands of spicy sluggish sludge which honestly? blew my mind, tastebuds, and uh... well.

This thing? You know this bad boys fresh.

Lets move our focus onto the White Rice. 
Get this. White rice? Elevated onto a whole other plane of existence. Existence? more like existential existence.. cause thats what this rice gave me. Perfect mix of fluffy white buttery flavor combined with that little "kick" of nothingness that comes along with it. Like, seriously. This rice is no freaking joke.

Batika India Bistro... what a name.

Now, listen here. If ya'll ever like, wanna get stuffed? Or wait wait. If you just wanna straight up stuff yourself to the brim and back. Stuff some of this Batika India Bistro STRAIGHT into your oral palace. You will not regret it.

This was one of my favorite meals I've ever ordered from Doordash. Vindaloo Chicken with medium spice (great kick!!), garlic Naan and Tandoori Chicken. All of it was absolutely delicious. Well deserved ratings!! My new favorite.
