You need it to be tender because it lacks flavor. So it was a little tough and flavorless and not good in my opinion. Then there is the Suadero. I've seen many videos from Mexico about it so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately it was very tough. I loved the flavor, it had a deep beef flavor and if it was tender I am sure it would've been my favorite taco, but the meat was hard. I am talking about how it is dark almost black hard and old. "I got the Al Pastor taco and Chicken Quesadilla. The quesadilla is really good. lots of cheese and lots of meat. The grilled chicken tasted good not dry or anything. I really like the rice. It has so much flavor. They gave me a reddish orange sauces and that is super spicy. Good flavor though. There is also creamy green sauces they gave me which has some spice but is good. The Al Pastor taco was massive so the price is justified. Not my favorite Al Pastor, it just mostly tastes like cumin. Would recommend."
