This store in awful in all honesty whether you Order in the store or on DoorDash. My Salad was soggy and the chicken was gross. They also only filled up the Queso and Chips less than half way which for 7 bucks is ridiculous and they have done that in the store before as well.

Oh well...this place is sooo good I just cannot get enough! The tostada salad is great if your not super extra hungry, this burrito is so extra great because you can divide it in half and save the other half if you want to, the quesadilla is to die for, all of the extras good and the drinks are really awesome too like the horchata! It's affordable and the service is fast and accurate too! I absolutely LOVE Cafe Rio!!!

Disappointing Experience – Lacking Quality and Quantity
I recently ordered tacos from your establishment, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. According to the receipt, each taco was supposed to include 4 oz of meat. However, it was clear upon receiving our order that this was far from accurate. The tacos were noticeably underfilled, leaving us wondering: Where is the meat?
This issue did not arise because we ordered close to closing time, as we ensured our order was placed well within operating hours. The lack of attention to quality and portion size is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for a specific standard.
We feel a refund would be an appropriate resolution to this unsatisfactory experience. We hope this feedback encourages better attention to portioning and service in the future.

I clearly ordered a large Horchata Horchata (Craft Specialty), but when the order came there was nothing but an empty cup, which was sealed in the order bag. It's not like the door dash driver could have even filled it up either since it was inside the bag... What a waste of money.
The salad dressing was also not completely filled
