The potatoes were just mashed redskin potatoes nothing stood out but that's what I was looking for just a basic anywhere USA classic meatloaf dinner. It didn't disappoint. Would order again if I'm feeling a comfort meal and don't want to use the oven in the heat. It scratched that itch and the portions are large. I made two meals out of it.
