"I was very disappointed in the pad thai. The rice noodles were a bit thinner than I would have liked. Typical pad thai uses a 3mm to 5mm size noodles. anything smaller should be used for soups. The chicken was a bit chewy and wasnt seared properly with the pad thai sauce before adding in the egg. once the egg is cooked and a bit carmelized then you should add in the noodles and scallions. The look and taste wasnt very appealing. the scallions were cut very thick versus being cut julliene style.
The california rolls were a bit pricey just for 8 slices.
The chicken Katsu seems on point. it was breaded nicely. I would remove the cabbage and carrot garnish. That took up most of the dish.
