Just know the meat was raw as it would be in the restaurant, but it was already thinly sliced, and the broth cooked it nicely. I would have liked to see a little more protein in the dish, but it was still great. The ragoon was crispy and had a generous portion of crab. Of course, we would rather have tried this restaurant in person, but when you are at home recovering from surgery and can't go anywhere, this did just great!

"I was not a big fan of the Lomo Saltado. The value definitely seems good and the plate was filled with a lot of food. The problem I had was with the flavors. The filet mignon itself had a very liver like flavor to it. The green sauce also was a bit strange. It kind of tasted like it was mayonnaise based and had a bit of sweetness to it. The veggies and rice were cooked well though.
In this case the meat just may have been overcooked a little bit. I just really did not enjoy the sauce though and probably would not order this again."
