The spicy wonton soup was so good I get goosebumps just thinking about it. The wontons were fresh & flavorful, and the broth - I would simply describe it as Sophisticated. Everything arrived nice and hot. They don't say that Qin West is the best for nothing

Loan g Pi 陕西凉 皮 has amazingly chewy noodles. And there are ALOT of them--I couldnt finish haha. One issue was that the sauce is too salty.

Wow we used to love Qin West but the quality has really gone down. The Liang Pi 陕西凉皮 noodles were mushy and mealy alas and the Spicy Cumin Beef 青椒孜然牛肉, which once used to be nice slices of tender beef, are now more like beef crumbles or the bottom-of-the-barrel dregs of beef? Bummer. Do they have new ownership or something? Why is there now Nashville fried chicken sandwich and pho on the menu? Weird.
