• 5/15/25It had been a while since we ordered from O'Charley's and tonight showed us how much we missed it. The food was SUPERB and no items were missing. We picked it up curbside and they wholeheartedly accommodated us. Thanks, O'Charley's, for making us feel so appreciated!!!

• 7/27/26I had ribs, okra, potato skins all were good. BUT the rolls were flat and small and kinda hard not like the big fluffy ones you used to get. The caramel pie was put in with my hot food by the time I could take it out of the bag it was already looking pretty dismal but it was okay not great.

• 5/12/22Ribs were super chewy. Probably cooked at high heat and not long enough. Ordered a full rack, got 5 ribs. Which technically isn't enough for a half rack. Corn on the cob had every silk still on it. Barely edible.

• 4/17/25Tenders are now the size of your index finger. Has gone downhill in quality drastically the last few months. Do not order from here. Zaxby's tiny teders are bigger.

• 11/14/23Do not get southern fried chicken salad. Some lettuce and cheese thrown in a styrofoam container for $19. Pathetic. Loaded potato soup was consistency of wallpaper paste with flavor to match.
