Open late til 2:00am has flavor that is authentic to what I was served over there not the same a crazy skewer

My search continues for some good chicken 鸡爪 / Chicken Feet via DD. As you can see from the picture these are over fried chicken feet which does not meet the description "steamed" .....tender experience. So disappointing.
