Everything was very good. Portion size was perfect for the price you pay. Good quality food and very great Iced Coffee. The Side of Bacon was crispy but not too much. The Breakfast Burrito was pretty filling in itself. Overall a really great experience.

The Avocado toast with bacon was delicious and well portioned. The banana bread was fresh and moist with chunks of banana in it! Also a bonus was the raspberry crunch bar, buttery and fruity. Coffee cake and blueberry muffin were a little dry, but after microwaving for a few seconds, they were redeemable.

So dissatisfied and disappointed...I've dined at the fabulous and fantastic Gravitas (quite possibly the best meal I've had at a DC restaurant) so I had high hopes for Baker's Daughter with it coming from the same team. The breakfast tacos while great in overall size, serving size and price, (they are more like 2 medium sized breakfast burritos) lacked in flavor. I imagined the bacon breakfast taco would actually have some bacon inside! It was mostly egg with a few bacon bits here and there. I wouldn't order again. I also has a croissant that was very dense instead of the light, delicate texture I'm used to. It's very possible there's other menu items that are delicious, but I'll never know because this was a one and done.

The. Mexican. Posole! Unreal how good! The Fig and Prosciutto sandwich was delightful, totally recommend. The Fried Chicken sandwich is probably best eaten fresh in store, but even mine delivered was tasty (the breading did a weird thing but that brioche bun was dreamy!). Also tried the Matza Ball Soup, full of dill and chicken and not skimpy on Matza Ball at all. I'm literally working through the menu being in quarantine and I'm having a great time. The portions are generous and everything has been delicious.

Ordered the 1 egg breakfast sandwich (avocado, esp aioli, bacon fried egg cheddar cheese sourdough bread) , iced tea and iced matcha. Breakfast sandwich is not the best. The cheddar cheese is only on one half of the sandwich (sandwich is cut in half and only one of the halves has cheese on it). Not enough aioli (perspective: i don't ever need many condiments on sandwiches and on salads I only use light dressing so for a guy this would not be nearly enough ). The sandwich is literally soooo greasy when i touch the bread it's quite literally wet. The cardboard box it came in the inside bottom is literally wet from the grease I had to move the sandwich to a plate. Iced tea is definitely refreshing and so good. Iced matcha is okay- could definitely use more ice bc it's not super cold. 2 stars bc the sandwich is super greasy and the iced cups don't come with the tamper sticker so no way to technically know if ur drink was tampered with (i took the risk and drank them anyways lol). Overall would not order again
