They forgot the red sauce in my drink, and they gave us a small ice cream that’s worth $16+ , and the dasher was very very rude.

Disappointed. Instead of calling to ask me what other ice cream I would like in place of rainbow sherbet and Cookie Monster, it was decided for me. I was given atrawberry ice cream that I don't eat and vanilla with caramel and pecans that my granddaughter doesn't eat. Take the time to reach out to the customer and ask them what they want, not give what you want to give. You do not know the customers palette nor do you know their allergies. One simple step, a phone call, and I would have been satisfied along with my granddaughter who was looking forward to her ice cream.
