First time trying their Souffle Pancakes, they were cooked perfectly and also got the ube latte as well as the matcha latte. Everything tasted amazing. Great atmosphere right when you come in with friendly staff. 10/10

4 For Taiyaki was alright.
Ube boba wasn't that great given the level of boba you can be getting around the area. The boba pieces were really small and flavorless.

Despite DoorDash not offering customizations for this store, I was able to call Baum directly & asked if they could sub a sauce on my EGG SCRAMBLED SANDWICH - use pesto instead of chipotle aioli, since I can't handle spicy food. I told them I'd be ordering the sand via DoorDash & provided my name, & they accommodated the sub. Food arrived very quickly, was warm & delicious. Definitely will be ordering from them again, the croissant sandwhich looks delicious, but I'll have to ask that the meat be removed, as im vegetarian.

Very tasty and will order again! The Baum Croissant was amazing, but it didn't have the icing like in the photo. I don't know if that was just a mistake this time, or what, but the photo should be fixed if it doesn't have icing.

Straw matcha 10/10. Control sweetness if you don't like your drinks to be sweet.
