The fries had a container of sauce and when I opened,the container was empty and sauce saturated the fries where I couldn't eat them and chicken tenders were so overcooked. I'm so disappointed

Wings were TINY, especially drumsticks. 16 dollars for 12 wings- I was expecting much bigger wings. Barely any sauce too. Won't buy again.

Michelle was great! She was very patient with the restaurant. I love Bernie's but I was disappointed. Our order took 30 minutes longer than estimated. There was no communication from the restaurant. The Sautéed Shrimp was nothing like the picture. The sauce was much thicker than than explained the description. I will order from Bernie's again but not for a while.

Bernie's is hard to review. Sometimes it's pretty good, sometimes it's mediocre. More often than not lately they get things wrong, including sending an entirely different meal than was ordered. For takeout I'd suggest not getting anything you need specific requests for- they don't accommodate them.
