Received exactly as ordered. The driver forgot part of the order so the store contacted me to let me know and stayed on the phone while I communicated this with driver. Order was prepared quickly and the various teas were excellent.

ordered three drinks, were largely ice, came with no bag, only a fast food style carrier, that was weakened with moisture from condensation from delivery and easily dropped two drinks, losing them.

I ordered for a friend and she really enjoyed the Thai Tea Creme Brulee -- surprise plush cup was a fun "blind box" experience too!

Would be great to have the drinks labeled... the only sticker on a drink said "stir fried". otherwise, great drinks and food.
