The Vietnamese Coffee is delicious, the Fruit Bowl was pretty good, the Carrot Cake would have been amazing if the whole thing was moist and not dry on the outside. I wish I had of thought to take a picture before digging in, because it was also a much smaller of a piece then I remember having a while back, or what you would expect to get for the price. $7 would have been fair.

I never leave reviews but I thought this was worth the mention. I wanted to love this place was was very disappointed! For the prices you don't always get what you pay for. The morning bowl was fantastic. fresh fruit and large portion! But I can't say the same for the citrus chicken! The chicken itself was pretty good and a full breast, but accompanied by just a spoonful of rice and two welted pieces of lettuce. The poutine was especially disappointing. It was a mountain of soggy and greasy fries, a small bit of cheese on top and no gravy =(. So I guess it depends on what you get!

The gold fingers were over cooked and tasted horrible . They also don't allow a "sides " section so if you wanted to pay for extra sauce , there is no way you can pay for it or order it . Need more sauce especially when they are burnt .

I see why the Blue Lavender Fog is a favourite - simply a cool refreshing drink. The Good Morning Bowl is a good selection of fresh fruits. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
