I am a real Texan and I like good bbq! Most places in the LA area are clueless about bbq! Especially brisket! This place has good bbq without breaking the bank!!

Not bad not great. Lot of food for your money. It is edible and the bbq sauce takes it a long way. However, not your traditional style. A little more on the country diner side. Still, don't believe the negative hype. It's not actually terrible.

I ordered the MEAT LOVER'S PLATE which was supposed to have Brisket, Ribs & Chicken. For some reason mine had no Chicken at all. Also I should have read previous reviews about the taste. The Meat was all pretty bland. Especially the POTATO SALAD. The best part of the meal was the corn on the cob.

I grew up on a ranch in small town Texas where I rode bulls and ran cattle. Unfortunately this is far from authentic and goes more in the direction of fake LA bbq. Closest you'll get outside of my own kitchen is Bludso's.

Ordered from them for the first time and it will be my last. I ordered the brisketplate with Mac ncheese and potato salad. Both sides were awful and lacked seasoning. I have no idea what meat they gave me but it is certainly not brisket.
