This place used to be good, and the BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN SALAD is something I ordered often. I just paid $21 for a box of ice berg lettuce! They used to put at least a half avocado, 1 chicken breast worth and at least half a hard boiled egg. That they even sent this box out is shameful! There was 5 of the smallest pellets of chicken, not even nugget size, literally one slice (1/8) of an avocado, and 1/8 of a hard boiled egg, practically no cheese, and they charged me extra for the dressing! Never again will I order from this place that had been on my top 5 list! SHAMEFUL. Pic shows all the avocado pulled out and next to my thumb is one of the 5 tiny pellets of chicken for size comparison. Whole box is just iceberg lettuce, not even good lettuce. It used to look like the menu pic they show, but nowhere close now!

The food is always good but the amount of chicken you get in the CHICKEN AND WAFFLE meal is very inconsistent. Delicious but typically my husband and I share the meal but this time i got two small chicken strips istead of the full pieces were used to. EGGNOG SHAKE was fantastic and SPICED TOTS are my fave !

The NUTELLA & BANANA or STRAWBERRIES (I got strawberries) was INCREDIBLE. So yummy. The BREAKFAST BURRITO was also delicious and big. Fresh and will definitely be ordering again!

I'm honestly extremely disappointed as I've been a repeat patron for over five years and had no issues like this before. In the bag there was no butter(only maple syrup), and the CHICKEN AND WAFFLE chicken strips were so so small with a chunk of it torn off. Food quality is good as always, but I'm sad to see how drastically their portions and overall quality has changed. I suggest going in person rather than ordering online.
