not sure what happened to El Chingon food quality, but steak was burnt and tough,  guacamole was old,  chips were greasy, and the food this time was overall terrible.  unfortunately,  we won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Order rib tips ... not much meat and they were tooo chard  or should I say burned. Not impre at all. Mugs rib tips were cheaper and better

The steak is of excellent quality, but over cooked; the meat is tasty but tough
