I am very disappointed with my chipotle bowl I asked for extra chicken and got less than one scoop. I paid $26 for a bowl that was halfway filled. barely had anything that I wanted inside of the bowl I would love for a refund or another chipotle bowl. The taste was mediocre in the freshness was okay. Usually y'all do my bowl good but I don't know what happened today.

I use to love Chipotle, but it's been some time now since having one local. So I wasn't surprised to absolutely enjoy my custom Burrito Bowl and Chips & Queso Blanco. My only complaint would be we have to pay for the Chips & Queso Blanco when they should come with the meal or more chips should be offered in the bag. I never have enough Chips & Queso Blanco .

I wanted to apologize to chipotle for complaining about my order which they did a fantastic job! I am so sorry thinking that I didn't get tacos I ordered because I didn't look close enough! They were inside the bowl covered with the toppings so I couldn't see that it actually was the tacos! You guys are still the best! I am so very sorry.

Very disappointed in the quality today despite this location usually being very good. Burritos were very oddly shaped with shockingly bad proportions of ingredients- almost nothing in them besides rice and beans. Hoping this helps with quality assurance.

It tasted good but they skimped out like crazy on the meat, and it looked like they just threw it in the bag so it was all pushed to one side of the bowl and almost all fell out all over my floor. Almost cost me my meal,if I'm paying for pre-made food it should at least be handled properly.🤷🏽
