I love love love the salted caramel. I always take the three cupcakes that I get, and then cut them into quarters and I have a couple of different kinds at a time, equally in a half cake. makes them last for a few days.

Out of all the cupcake places I have ever been to, the two cupcakes I got from this place were the driest I've ever had... I think they were baked the day before!
I literally needed a cup of milk to eat two cupcakes.

the cake part of each cupcake was tasteless and dry. I suspect they were at least day-old. Frosting was pretty good; chocolate better than buttercream. I ended up licking the frosting off and throwing the rest away. From a commercial enterprise that does nothing but cupcakes, I expected much better.

Unfortunately half of my order was substituted---two of the substitutions were covered in coconut which I hate and were old and dry. They sent a coupon for one free cupcake but I would have just preferred not to have paid for three cupcakes I didn't order. Maybe there needs to be some way for the store to communicate with customers to figure out what would be best when they are out of things.
