Yo I love these dumps. I know this area is rich in dump options, and while someplace like Din Tai Fung has the freshest wraps, it's also like, always slammed and more expensive. This place is good, and it's not too good to get you tons of dumps in a timely fashion. Soup dumps are an obvious choice but MAY I SUGGEST the eggplants, the fried cumin fish, the lamb dumplings, the beef and cor dumps, and the green beans.
We order like $100 of food and eat it for 2-3 meals, two people. And I can eat a lot of dumpling. It's a good deal.

Good value and decent size portions. Food came hot and fresh.
Hot and sour soup: (7/10) good size portion, lots of tofu and mushrooms. Could use some more white pepper but it hit the spot.
Beef Chow Fun: (4/5) good and I could taste the char from the wok. Lots of meat.
Pan fried bao: (3/5) A bit soggy but flavor was fine.

Okay restaurant. Small portions! Have ordered from other Chinese restaurants (nearby). They all have bigger portions.
Pork & Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup 猪虾云吞汤面 was interesting. Wontons were good but the broth was a dark brown and tasted like chinese medicinal soups. Onion Burst Beef 葱爆牛肉 was good! Walnut Shrimp 核桃虾 had a delicious light batter but there were only 12 shrimp. Pork & Shrimp Dumpling W/ Chive 三鲜水饺 were okay.

Broccoli Beef 西兰花牛肉 was ON POINT. Ive had a hard time finding a good place that does this dish well since Su Hong left, and I am VERY happy. Will definitely be "favoriting" this restaurant. The potstickers were pretty damn good too. Only dish that I felt couldve used more seasoning for me was the Chicken Chow Mein 鸡肉炒面. But this spot still deserves all 5 stars.

The hidden gem of Castro City, the Beef Dumpling W/ Carrot 胡萝卜牛肉水饺 are always top notch, s-tier Green Onion Pancake 葱油薄饼, my kids love the Chicken Chow Mein 鸡肉炒面, and the Garlic String Bean 干扁四季豆 is a hit with the whole family
