I've never had a soggy sandwich from firehouse but today i don't know what happened. My bottom piece of bread was literally mush had to throw the whole sandwich away

we ordered 2 hot specialties subs and when we got them they were cold as if they'd been refrigerated. we had to heat them up. they also were kinda just thrown together. they did taste good though. this was my first time ordering from firehouse. not sure I'll do it again.

They didn't put any mayo or deli mustard on my sub, which I requested. Sub is dry and I don't have condiments here to put on it. Dry and tasteless now.

For starters upon arrival for pick up they did not have one of the sandwiches i ordered. Despite the fact that it is listed on the menu and their window. They were unprofessional, rude, and disapointing. My sandwhich was a mess! So sad!
