Firewater is THE BEST! I love their sauces and the meat is always cooked to perfection. The Corn Bread is super moist and delicious. This is my go to BBQ joint.

i got the 3 Meat and 1 Side with the brisket, wings, and bacon. Bacon was fantastic, as bacon usually is. The wings were amazing with their bbq sauce, but the brisket was LACKING. Great portion size, but the lack of smoke flavor on the brisket was disappointing. Tasted kinda likeit was right off a gas grill, barely any smoke flavor. ill give them another try, but ill avoid the brisket.

Ngl ths is basically the only thing ive ordered from here and it always comes in an amazing portion. i got the Pulled Pork Cheese Fry but change the fries for sweet potato fries and added brisket and its absolutely amazing

More of a 2.5 or of 5. Not 'poor' but not exactly good either. Bread pudding was tasty and a huge portion - worth the price! Beef brisket is my last favorite of places I've tried so far. First brisket I've had that required a knife. The smoke flavor was a bit too much for my liking, but that's the only flavor I got from the meat. There was no 'bark' per se and the fat did not melt as it's supposed to. I chose coleslaw for the side and it had good flavor. It was just as described; creamy.

I got the three meats one side and it was GOOD :) im full i didnt finish it but the chicken and brisket and onion rings were fire
