I really loved the Jumbo Concrete , it was incredibly good!

We have noticed on more than one occasion now that they hardly put any toppings in when ordering online vs your in store experience. The inconsistency between in store and online ordering is frustrating especially when you're paying more for the online order.

Our concretes were barely mixed this time and about half of all four were straight vanilla, however, we've ordered these same concretes a ton of times and this was the first time I was a little disappointed, so still recommending. Even the plain vanilla is delicious and their stuff is on point 99% of the time. I do wish they would package it better for DoorDash orders - all of our Goodberries deliveries come with at least one concrete upside down in the bag. Usually not too much of a mess, though.

I spent extra for toppings and half the ice cream was plain to the bottom of the cup to halfway up

The concrete's were great - the problem is that I paid for a Jumbo and a regular (different flavoring and mix ins) and got two of the same regulars
Note: I should have looked before I left but I just said goodbye to my cat and was getting this as comfort food for my husband who was digging the hole to bury her - it was a long day and this just added to the disappointment
We will still come here but I will be more mindful of checking what we ordered before accepting it
