I love Frischs. French fries are hit or miss being hot/fresh. There were no crackers for my chili which was disappointing. We were happy with grilled cheese, Swiss Miss and Brawny Lad! No plastic utensils which is good.

Alaskan Cod Sandwich was soggy, sliding off the very small bun. Couldn't hold it together. Not good. Not crispy and good like it used to be. 
Thank God the Cherry Pie was great.

they charge $1.50 for a tiny cup of cheese with the chili. out of FOUR orders, we've still never gotten the cheese. missing every time.

All the food tasted terrible! Especially the Bowl of Chili... Tasted nothing like their Chili.  The Super Big Boy tasted spoiled.

A great local chain with a nice menu and good quality, I highly recommend trying the hot fudge cake if you haven't before
