Don't wanna jinx it but, really good experience, burger was fresh the large curly frys were generous. Solid

Burger was not as ordered. The fries are overcooked and limp. Even the wrapper is torn up. Not at all appetizing. This must be why I don't eat their food. Very disappointed.

the monster burger had no condiments on it at all which is literally two of the five parts. the sticker on top of the drink caused me to spill my drink everywhere trying to take it off. doubt I'll be ordering here again

Overall they did good! My only complaint is the 5 Piece Nashville Hot Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders didn't have much of the seasoning on them making it a mild, maybe medium heat at best.

This was unusual, but hardies ran out of chicken strips. Mohammed messaged me right away with the problem. i called the store the gentleman that anwsered was apologetic and offered all the possibilities that could fix the problem. it was handled quickly and the food was at my door within five minutes! absolutely excellent customer service by both the driver and the store!
