5 piece chk tenders really means 4pieces plus a little nugget piece. Big hot ham and cheese really means a 1.5" tall sandwich including the small bun.
I'm not sure if they skimped on things because it was delivery or what. I will say the food was good.

3 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ were very fatty and looked as if they weren't cooked all the way through (you have to shake the deep fry basket). Double Cheeseburger was 3/5 average.
