Clean, bright flavors, with a little kick (if you like). Pho is packed fresh & eats as though you ordered it from inside the restaurant. It's still hot, the delicate ingredients (basil, sprouts, cilantro) are packed separately from the rest. My Bhan Mi was crunchy on the outside and packed with bright fresh ingredients on the inside.

The vegetarian pho had a generous amount of vegetables, but the broth was completely lacking in flavor and it tasted like plain water. It felt more like vegetables and noodles submerged in liquid rather than a flavorful soup. On the plus side, the packaging and provided cutlery were well thought out and convenient.

I knew this phonwas goingto be next level when I dipped my finger into it to test how hot it was and had to break through a layer of collagen/fat and my assumptions were proven correct. This is the best pho I have ever had outside the Buford Highway area!

Pho Tom has a few halves of shrimp and the Shrimp roll had two halves of shrimp. I love that they are more bite-sized but I still miss having more meat.
