Bacon and Swiss was delicious. But.. this is the second time I ordered french fries and they were not even warm but hard. They could not have been fresh. I order from mc and always get fresh ones. What has happend here. Drink is good but wayto large not choice in size. Otherwise Jack used to be really good

My burger was dry and cold and so were my fries, couldn't even taste the salt and it was just like chewing paper. My sofa had absolutely no ice either. It was room temperature.
