This place seriously surprised me.
The noodles are clearly made fresh — you can taste the texture immediately. Perfect chew, not soggy, not overly oily. The Chow Mein had deep flavor, balanced seasoning, and generous portions. Every bite felt intentional.
What stood out most was the freshness. Nothing tasted reheated or rushed. You can tell they care about quality and consistency.
Portion size is more than fair for the price, and the flavor profile feels authentic rather than Americanized.
Definitely ordering again. Easily one of the better noodle spots around.

I was very excited to try the B6.Spicy Dumplings in Chili Oil(8) but unfortunately I thought the texture of the dumplings was a bit off and the chili oil did not have much flavor. The filling was okay- upside is that the dumplings are a very good size, but the sauce wasn't it for me.
