This sandwich tastes like a mess. The meat is ridiculously salty. It's pulled pork. This isn't Korean anything. Radish kimchi with it would be nice instead of the massive pile of old cabbage kimchi. It doesn't have to be piled on. I'm only writing this because I really wanted to like it but I really didn't. Perhaps I just got a bad one because I see other people like it. I don't know. All I know is that this sandwich was one of the most disappointing things I've ever eaten.

Best Grilled Cheese I've ever had. Even with the other chef special sandwich and BBQ Smash Burger the simple cheap grilled cheese was the best. Lardo Fries weren't like I've had them in the past, they were underdone and smothered in an excess of parmesan and peppers which made them soggy. Usually they're crisp and delicious.

Hush puppies were delicious. The Bahn mi was oddly a bit too big. I'd have loved it to be smaller.... I honestly never thought I'd say that about a sandwich. It just felt like there was too much on it. Either way, absolutely delicious.

Lardo is always amazing! Hadn't tried the Pork Meatball Banh MI before so I thought I'd give it a try. Not as good as my favorite, the Korean pork shoulder but still pretty tasty.
