The burgers are enormous - be hungry. The sauce left a lot to be desired. Tots were a bit greasy and overcooked but edible in a pinch.

This store is hit or miss for me. Overall, I like the food, but items are often missing on orders. Tonight's burger was missing the sauce. The fried brussel sprouts used to amazing, but they've been lackluster lately, and it's been a long time since they came with any bacon (as promised on the menu). The box they come in also got smaller. $12 for a little box now.

Overcooked and dry burger arrived alongside a side of greasy brussel sprouts.  The whole meal was a complete disappointment and waste of money

Cheesy Fries had really bad cheese and added no value to the fries. The Small 12 oz Pistachio was barely a milkshake

Every time I order from this place, they forget at least two of my items. And the tatchos are always stale or missing what's included in them. One time, they put cucumbers instead of pickles on my burger? And the sweet potato fries were underdone wedges?? I don't understand how hard it must be to include what your guests are paying top dollar for. Way too expensive for what you get. Go to Wendy's instead. At least they have their ish together.
