Im a fan since they opened. Cookies have good flavor. But recently they changed the menu. Now all of their cookies are "filled" but ours barely had any filling. The Macadamia one was supposed to be filled with hazelnut creme, but barely had a dot of the creme and couldn't appreciate the hazelnut flavor. The chocolate with pistachio filling has a little more of the filling it was ok.

Horrible, they definitely lowered the quality of ingredients. They went from the best cookies to the worst. Not buying from them again. Tasted like plastic. You are better off buying a pack of Oreos.

Me encantan las galletas de Mr.kukis pero siento que estas mini no son lo que esperaba. Galletas no son como en fotos, en fotos redondas y planas , me dieron bolas de galletas .

Very dissapointed about the order just made. When the order was received i noticed that the kukis box was not dlivered. Inmediattely i called the store and the answer given was that the cookkes ordered were not available. Reason for which was not delivered. I told the manager why didnt call to make some arrangements and told me she just notify Doordash to change the menu. I am with my family and told her if for the next time would be nice if made some arrangements so the client will not wait in vain and expect something and not received it. The super response to my recc from the manager was that she would not change the order because there was no gain to her store if this was made. So my reaction to this answer is the importance to this stores is not the client.
