Chirashi was great delivered, all fish fresh, generous potion, for $20 you cant beat it on the Eastside. Im not a huge fan of the rolls here, didnt order any but worth noting.

Sushi excellent, as always. Shrimp tempura appetizer dish was shockingly small for the price (4 pieces as advertised but they were only 3 inches long). Also no chopsticks or soy sauce provided this time which seemed odd.

I have gone to Bellevue mushashi where the portions are what you expect but the Redmond mushashi pieces are tiny; about a third of what you would expect. Pretty disappointing for a Chirashi Bowl (Assorted Sashimi over Rice)*

Literally everything I ordered was old and stale. How old? Cream cheese in the BLT Roll that crumbled like feta old. How stale? End rice that was dessicated in the Broiled Eel Roll andFatty Tuna Roll . The fact that I ordered five minutes after the opening does not mean we should get day old, dried out sushi. that is what gas stations are for.

Hands down one of my favorite spots. The service is attentive, the meals are high quality with generous portions, and the fish is always so fresh. I eat here all the time and never get tired of it. 5stars
