The noodles and dumplings are always incredibly delicious. Every time I order here I am always satisfied.

Biang Biang Noodles was very tasty, and very filling and will definitely order again. 9/10
Spicy dumplings felt like they were just regular dumplings you get in the freezer aisle with some sauce. 3/10
Black Milk tea with boba looks nothing like in the picture, the cup was completely different and much smaller than in the picture, a little misleading if you ask me. With that being said, the drink was still very good. So 7/10

I paid over $7 for each drink thinking they were their L size. However, they were their small size.... I had drinks from Ume at other locations ( Milpitas and Cupertino) and no way were they size small for the amount I paid.

Really good filling up and the spicy sea same oil is a must! Extra meat was worth it cause it was good portion.

The boba was watered down, no flavor. Dumplings taste frozen and not fresh. Very overpriced for low quality.
