Appreciate this cart. I have tried a lot of spam musabi and this ranks number 1 for Portland. I also enjoy the chicken katsu. The customer service can't be beat!

They made my order super quick. The Katsu was crispy but not my favorite style. I didn't like the sauce, it just tasted like bbq sauce. The Mac Salad had a lot of Dill. The Spam masubi was blackened nicely, but not wrapped all the way around with the seaweed. I am glad I tried it but probably won't return.

chicken and noodles were over cooked and flavorless, the chicken was nearly inedible out was so over cooked and had an awful rubbery texture. the spam on the musubi was so burned obi-wan was calling it his brother.

Only thing that was good on my order was my rice and egg!!! The chicken I ordered was burnt in taste and trust me it tasted terrible. The spam musubi I ordered was burnt on the spam too and was like 90% rice. I was born and raised in Hawaii for 21 years, I left Hawaii almost a year ago and I definitely still know what REAL Hawaiian food is, tastes like, looks like, and this definitely was not it.
Brah lemme tell you. I was a cook for years that made Hawaiian food back in Maui, Hawaii so I know how easy it is to cook and make these foods. My order is one of the simplest things to make. I don't understand how it can be so bad. Definitely disappointed

soggy all around. the bag was a sticky mess . I wish I took a photo before I started eating it. sauce was kinda mainly tasted like ketchup.
