Everything was super delicious. The only disappointment was the "cup" of soup was only 1/3 of a cup. There was only a little over 3 Teaspoons in my container. The couple of bites I had was so very delicious. Wish they would be more consistent so I could know what to expect.

Not only did they forget my ENTIRE MEAL but my son's meal had two of the smallest pieces of fish and 5 of the most sad pieces of asparagus ever!! So with no meal I sat down to eat the rolls--at least I ordered extra rolls right?!? Haha the rolls were NOT the rolls that I know and love!! They were tiny little dense rocks!! Oh and No Butter either!!!! It's bad enough that the prices of everything is way more now but now we cannot even get quality food for our $60 price tag!! PATHETIC !! Oh and they put the container of whipped cream for my son's pie in the MIDDLE of the pie!!!!! Was someone angry to be at work tonight or what?!?

This is the first time I've been disappointed with O'Charley's and the honey drizzled chicken. It was a small piece of chicken and it was hard around the edges so I could only eat the center. The chicken that I was able to eat was good. The only other problem I had was the rolls (which I love) were very small and hard - almost too hard to eat.

Very disappointed. Ordered steak and salmon through DoorDash and both arrived undercooked.
The steak was extremely rare and the salmon was raw in the middle. I had to re-cook everything myself.
This is not acceptable, especially when paying for prepared food. I would not order from this location again.

Missing half of my order; the rest was an extremely small portion. Honey-Drizzled Southern Fried Chicken comes with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was the size of one chicken tender, and the broccoli was literally one tree. No mashed sweet potatoes and I have no idea where the rest of my broccoli and chicken are. It wasn't even enough food to fill my 6-year-old. Highly disappointed, especially considering when I dine in I get the whole portion. Dining mode shouldn't change the portion, especially when the price is higher on a to-go order. New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta lacked sauce and seasoning.
