What happened to the quality? I haven’t had papa John’s in years I had no idea it was this bad now. The crust is no longer big round and fluffy inside. It’s flat and chewy now. The cheese is no longer thick and white. The dough itself too chewy. Taste like a Walmart pizza. Still got the butter sauce and pepper that was nice to see consistency in that but the quality has gone downhill.
