everything is perfect. I specifically love the papadilla with the Canadian bacon and cheese. it's my absolute favorite 💖

Papa John’s used to be a top-notch pizza chain, but the quality has taken a nosedive across the franchise. Last year, it went downhill so much that I had to stop ordering altogether.
My last $25 stuffed-crust pepperoni was bland and overcooked. (cooked too fast bc the oven is set too high.) The Oneonta location was in dire straits. They’re often understaffed, and last winter, they didn’t even have heat for employees. Imagine cooking pizzas alone during dinner rush, in a building colder than the outside, and finding some way to stay warm. 🥶
I’ve given Papa John’s many chances and wasted a lot of money, especially when you’re only eating one piece of pizza and having to throw away the rest at these prices. Employees shouldn’t be working in those conditions.
Unless the food quality and standards improve, I’ll stick with Domino’s for my pizza needs. Sadly, I won’t be spending another dollar at Papa John’s. 😔

The pizzas we ordered were ok. The meatballs on mine tasted frozen and it seemed like the crust was as well. my wife's tasted like the Super Hawaiian Pizza was frozen as well. I've had much better pizza before from here. The good thing was that it was delivered super fast

Did not get one of the toppings I paid extra for. All the toppings were in the middle of the pizza and not distributed around. Very sparse on the toppings as well. Not impressed
