If you're debating on ordering, DO IT. DO IT OMG. The BLT and breakfast sandwich blew our minds, and the pumpkin muffin was tender, massive, and beautifully spiced. Coffee was strong and delicious. Five stars!

Regrettably, paid $9 for a cup of milk. really wanted to like this spot but theMatcha is clearly low quality, has that light brownish hue instead of a vibrant green. They definitely got the ratio wrong. It tastes like milk with vanilla syrup and you can't taste the matcha

Really great place. Breakfast Sandwich is delicious. butter Classic Mochi is great and not expensive. very good drink. I think the large boba is especially a good value and quite good

Instead of messaging me that they were out of spam musubi, they left a handwritten note in my sealed bag stating they were out. the Spam Musubi was intended to be my lunch so i now have no lunch. they could have done the courtesy of messaging me and i would have simply cancelled or possibly ordered a different item such as the toast. the coffee is just alright, probably won't even finish it.

spam musubi was crunchy and overdone. could not eat it. coffee was good so maybe just order coffee from here.
