The ingredients in the Maui mix bowl and the create your own bowl were all tasty and fresh.

My last couple of orders have been made differently. I've come to this establishment since 2017 but only recently have they over done it with whichever sauces before it was nicely drizzled over the top for a nice balances dish. The ingredients have also gotten substituted on more than one occassion. This time the brown rice was missing and substituted for white which due to medical conditions i cannot eat. I used to eat poke as it was the healthiest, tastiest option but it's now being prepared differently. over doing it on the sauces so i reccomend ordered on the side ( be aware it is 75 cents more each). Over doing it on the onions as well

The fish is fresh and delicious. But overall, it's a bland bowl. The house sauce is meh. The Poké Salmon Onigiri was also bland and lacking anything exciting.
