One of these days I will take photos before I dig in but today was not that day. The empanadas stood out on their own as different flavors, the Vegetarian Empanada / Empanadilla vegetariana surprised me as my favorite. The Cuban / Cubano was good sized, I split with someone else - good flavors, good pork, and really good bread.

The first time we had Crazy fries / Papas locas they were very good! They had ham, bacon, pork, chicken, mayoketchup and maybe cheese wiz and portion was huge. However, the second time we ordered they didnt have ham, bacon, or cheese wiz and the portion was half the size. Still very good but not consistent.

I always order the Chicken and rice soup / Sopa de arroz y pollo when I'm sick. It's so flavorful and gentle on the throat when your sick but can't make your own. I'm the mom of the house so when I'm sick normally on my own. Thanks for taking care of me. ♡ Beef Stuffed Potato Balls / Rellenos de Papa are also delicious even my picky 3 yr old went to town on one just know its huge like the size of my fist. They also have the best beef empanadas I've ever tasted. thanks for being a gem.

The people are so friendly and helpful and the interior is very clean and spacious. the food is not only plentiful but extremely fresh and tender and is packaged well and travels well. 2 hours later and no need to reheat. Enough for seconds as well. Breadfruit Fritters / Tostones De Pana are my favorite, the PR Rice is delicious as well as the Yellow Rice with Pigeon Peas / Arroz con Gandules and my family loved the Daily Menu / Menú Del Dia with Pernil and their Chicken Empanada / Empanadilla de Pollo. Will be back again and again, definitely found my new favorite local restaurant!

The Tres Leches (three milks) cake is fantastic. The mofongo is extremely delicious and well made. The carne frita is cooked to perfection. But my favorite item is the alcapurria. They tastes exactly like how my mother makes them.
This is the best authentic Puerto Rican food place I've eaten at. It makes me miss home... Definitely recommend!
