Food and quality was amazing. However, during pickup upon being 30 minutes late the order was never made even though it was confirmed. About 2 mins after I got to the store the i received a message that my order was ready for pickup even though it wasnt. I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for my order. In total they were 55mins past pickup time.

Normally the food is great. My issue was that the potato in the boil in bag must have been bad, it was extremely mushy and soft to the point of being off putting.

Crab cakes were heavily breaded (Crab cakes and fries order). Fries were crispy and fresh.
