Dropping the crust onto the plate literally makes a clink sound, that's how hard the crust is. The fat has completely congealed on the pizza because this looks like it was reheated multiple times ad nauseum. This is absolutely unacceptable to charge 30 dollars for a pizza and to receive reheated to oblivion garbage.
This is a pizza shop that is usually our go to, and it is exceedingly disappointing that they would cut corners like this when they're slammed with orders. I would much rather wait longer (we already waited 68 minutes) and receive a fresh pizza than what is possibly the worst pie I've gotten in NYC. Please do better, not that we'll be ordering again from here.

The classica pizza image shows pepperoni but its apprently just cheese. We added onion and ended up with only onion. Stores was unhelpful when we called they just said "well weve never had that as a problem before"
