The philly itself is always good, but the meal comes with very little amount of fries that sometimes are not cooked fully. But when they are hot and fresh they are delicious. I would order again but maybe earlier in the day to avoid the inconsistency?

$20 for half a Philly with a handful of fries. Every. Single. Time. $4 and change for a few onion rings. Rarely provides ranch I ask for. The Greenville location was the best. This one never gives many fries and they're expensive, and half the time my Philly is missing the ingredients it comes with. Way too expensive for all that.

My sandwich was really good!! I would potentially get that again but the issue is that my chips were very stale and there was a wretched scent that smelled like straight sewage that was HARD to get over....it was coming from the bag/box and the styrofoam cup. Maybe just dine in.

The fries were packed in the same box, made them soggy by the time they were delivered. "Premium" bacon 1.99$ is nothing but few bacon splits sprinkled on the cheese. So if you order Premium Bacon, just be aware!

What I get is supposed to come with jalapeños but it never has so I have to add them which costs extra. I always upgrade to fries for $2.99 and the most I ever get is 4 waffle fries. Makes no sense. This location is awful. Doesn't matter what I order - it's always wrong and they don't even put everything that already comes with it on the Philly. I will never understand why you would consistently give customers a few fries ESP when we're paying extra for them. Grenville location, I never had a single issue.
