Fantastic food. The tofu bowl is almost unreal. It is that delicious. Awesome sesame sauce and fish sauce. I will never stop eating there.

My Tofu and Shrimp Bowls are simply fantastic. Fresh ingredients, awesome sauces. Bursting with flavor. I have been eating them for years. Nobody makes them better.

Based on my order today, I am rating 3 stars. The pork in my Bowl did not seem freshly cooked and was quite fatty . It was a brownish gray color. Didn't smell or taste bad but did not seem to be freshly cooked. The Buns I get from Red Chile are very good and very fresh....their pork is delish! Also bottom of bowl was very watery...it watered down the sauce.
That being said, Ive had better meals from this place in the past.
