The bread tastes nothing like a pretzel, it's more of a brioche, and these are only about 2 inches in size. The Hot Chocolate was great, but that is because of the additions I requested in it, definitely worth putting all the add ins allowable. They didn't have all the items that I ordered, luckily Doordash gave a refund for that, but not sure how a fast food place can't just make more of the item."

"Crumbl does it every time! as pictured below, I got the Biscoff cake and a pack of 3 mini cookies. first off, they were all freshly made. The cake tasted like just Biscoff cookies.
